Sanitized® antimicrobial technology helps eliminate pet odours and provides long-lasting protection. It works by reducing bacterial odours and preventing microbial buildup directly on the SYNLawn fibres, creating a cleaner, healthier surface for play, pets, and everyday use.

COOLplus® Technology uses infrared reflective pigments to deflect the sun’s rays, helping reduce the heat build-up in surfaces by up to 20% than standard artificial grass. Additionally, COOLplus enhances turf with a matte, low-glare finish and a softer, less abrasive feel underfoot.

SYNLawn’s StatBlock™ anti-static technology uses a unique carbon-based ingredient that’s molecularly bound to the turf fibres, delivering DNA-level static reduction. While other anti-static treatments exist, SYNLawn’s innovation provides up to 17 times lower static levels compared to untreated turf, ensuring a safer, more comfortable surface for users.
