SYNLawn’s warranty is a reflection of our promise to deliver enduring quality, reliability, and peace of mind - reinforced by Australian-made craftsmanship and ISO-certified manufacturing.

Every SYNLawn product is backed by a Manufacturer’s Warranty issued by APT Asia Pacific Pty Ltd, providing assurance against manufacturing defects such as UV degradation and fibre loss.

Warranty coverage varies by product, so we encourage customers to review the full warranty terms and conditions upon before purchase and installation to understand specific inclusions and coverage periods. Our Warranty typically covers:

COPY OF MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

To receive a copy of your Manufacturer’s Warranty contact your SYNLawn installer or seller to request a copy. Your installer / seller will liaise with APT Asia Pacific to supply a copy of the Warranty.

Claims Process

All warranty claims must be lodged through your SYNLawn installer or authorised seller. Please note that the Manufacturer’s Warranty covers the product only and does not extend to installation workmanship.

In the unlikely event that you need to make a claim, contact your installer or seller, who will liaise directly with APT Asia Pacific. Depending on the nature of the claim, a site inspection may be arranged.

SYNLawn and APT Asia Pacific aim to process and resolve all valid warranty claims within 30 days of initial enquiry.
1 Notify your installer or place of purchase in writing and include your warranty number.
2 The installer will then liaise directly with APT Asia Pacific Pty Ltd, who will arrange for a representative to attend a joint inspection within 15 days of receiving your notification.
3 If the claim is confirmed as valid, APT Asia Pacific Pty Ltd will make every reasonable effort to complete the replacement within 30 days.
