Protecting Your Investment
Every SYNLawn product is supported by a Manufacturer’s Warranty issued by APT Asia Pacific Pty Ltd, providing protection against issues such as UV degradation and fibre loss. Coverage may vary depending on the product, so it is essential to review the full warranty terms and conditions at the time of registration to ensure you are fully informed about what is included.
Your Warranty
If you are a SYNLawn installation partner or DIY customer who has purchased and received artificial turf, you may request a copy of your warranty. Simply download and complete the Warranty Request Form, then return it to info@aptasiapacific.com.au.
Claims Process
In the unlikely event of a warranty claim, please follow this process (Important: The Warranty does not cover installation):

Notify your installer or place of purchase in writing and include your warranty number.

The installer will then liaise directly with APT Asia Pacific Pty Ltd, who will arrange for a representative to attend a joint inspection within 15 days of receiving your notification.

If the claim is confirmed as valid, APT Asia Pacific Pty Ltd will make every reasonable effort to complete the replacement within 30 days.
