Majority of products these days come with some form of warranty, whether it is your smart phone or your garden hose. When products don’t come with a warranty your investment is unprotected. But not all warranties are the same, it is important to know exactly what your warranty covers, especially for synthetic grass. Different artificial lawn products perform in different ways under different conditions.
All SYNLawn products come with a standard manufacturer backed warranty which warrants its products against things like ultra-violet degradation and fibre loss. Please take the time when registering your warranty to read the full warranty terms and conditions.
If at any time during the warranty period you feel you have a valid warranty claim, please notify your installer in writing (be sure to include your warranty number). Your installer will then contact APT Asia Pacific Pty Ltd who will organise a representative to attend a joint inspection within 15 days of notification. If the claim is agreed as valid, then APT Asia Pacific Pty Ltd will make all reasonable effort to carry out the replacement within a period of 30 days.
