Designed to support active lifestyles, wellbeing and community connection, this premium recreation precinct demonstrates how multiple sports and landscape surfaces manufactured by APT Asia Pacific can be combined to create a cohesive and highly functional destination.

Delivered by BIOScapes Group within a luxury over-50s lifestyle community in Victoria, the precinct brings together a diverse range of recreational experiences including pickleball, tennis, bocce and lawn bowls. The thoughtfully planned layout encourages participation, social interaction and year-round activity while creating an attractive environment for residents to gather and connect.

At the heart of the landscape design is SYNLawn Classic Summer 30, which provides low-maintenance synthetic grass surrounds that seamlessly link the sporting spaces and communal areas. Featuring realistic multi-toned fibres and a natural lawn appearance, SYNLawn Classic Summer 30 delivers an attractive, durable surface that remains fresh and inviting throughout the year.

The precinct also incorporates two Laykold Advantage pickleball courts, a Supergrasse ProBounce COOLplus tennis court, a Supergrasse ProBounce COOLplus bocce court and a Greengauge GG3 bowling green, showcasing the breadth of sports and recreation surfaces manufactured by APT Asia Pacific.
