Brisbane Boys College Rooftop

Brisbane Boys’ College wanted to revitalise their existing tiled seniors’ lunch and retreat area, transforming it into a more vibrant and welcoming space for students. The original tiled surface, while practical, felt cold and uninviting. The College envisioned a design that would encourage students to gather, relax, and enjoy their downtime, while also reflecting the school’s strong sporting identity.

To bring this vision to life, Grassports QLD used SYNLawn Comfort for its soft, durable surface and natural appearance. The turf was designed to replicate the look of a freshly mown sports field, instantly creating a sense of energy and familiarity in the space. As a finishing touch, the school’s emblem was seamlessly integrated into the centre of the installation, providing a striking focal point that celebrates school pride and community spirit.
